We are the bridge between grassroots advocacy and national regulatory standards, building the digital tools required to make the Philippines accessible to all.

Our Mandate

Accessibility is not an amenity; it is a fundamental human right. Our mission is two-fold, designed to create lasting, systemic change:

1. Primary: PWD Inclusion (Human Rights Focus): To guarantee dignity, autonomy, and universal access for all Filipinos, regardless of physical or sensory ability.

2. Secondary: Regulatory Efficiency (Governance Focus): To modernize the Philippine landscape by replacing subjective, paper-based compliance with objective, data-driven, and automated infrastructure.

The "Leapfrog" Strategy

The Philippines is currently behind in infrastructure accessibility, but we have a unique opportunity to leapfrog the outdated, manual auditing processes that have slowed progress in other nations.

By combining the Accessible PH Directory (our crowdsourced public discovery tool) with our SAaS Compliance Engine (our automated professional audit tool), we are building a closed-loop system that moves accessibility from a "goal" to a "measurable reality." We are not just building software; we are setting the national standard for how our cities are measured, built, and maintained.

Our Commitment to Sovereignty & Stewardship

We are a team of dual-citizen strategists deeply rooted in both the Philippine cultural context and international best practices. We are currently formalizing a local legal entity (NGO/Social Enterprise) in the Philippines to ensure:

 1. Philippine Data Sovereignty: Ensuring our accessibility data remains a public, national asset.

 2. Institutional Longevity: Creating an organization that outlasts any single project or administration.

 3. Local Accountability: Aligning our metrics with Philippine laws, specifically BP 344 and its evolving IRR.

• ​Strategic Base: Better PH Association is proudly headquartered in Boise, Idaho, U.S.A. This base provides us with the global perspective, technological resources, and stable administrative environment necessary to develop the infrastructure of  Accessible PH Directory (our crowdsourced public discovery tool), and our SAaS Compliance Engine (our automated professional audit tool)

• ​National Commitment: We are simultaneously establishing a formal legal presence within the Philippines. Whether operating as an NGO or a Social Enterprise, our commitment is to be a local entity, governed by Philippine law, accountable to our local partners, and dedicated to the long-term success of the Filipino people.

• ​The Goal: We utilize our U.S. resources to fuel a Philippine mission. We are not a foreign entity "consulting" from afar; we are a dedicated, dual-rooted organization building the infrastructure of our homeland, from the ground up.

An Invitation to Leadership

Better PH is currently in a high-level consultation phase. We are convening a Founding Advisory Board composed of the nation’s foremost experts in accessibility, transportation, and special education. Together, we are drafting the blueprint for a truly inclusive nation.
